Why this exists

Over the past decade WhatsApp became the default channel for commercial conversation across large parts of the world. Property enquiries, order questions, quotes, negotiations and after-sales support all moved there, and most of it never reached the systems companies use to run themselves.

The market's answer was usually to sell a replacement: a new shared inbox, a new lightweight CRM, a new place for agents to work. That solves the visibility problem by creating a migration problem, and it asks a business to abandon software it has already configured, integrated and trained people on.

WhatSyncs takes the opposite position. The channel should connect to the systems, not the other way around. Your CRM keeps being your CRM. Your agents keep using WhatsApp the way they already do. What changes is that the software behind them stops being blind to what is happening.

What we build

A connectivity layer with four jobs: link business WhatsApp numbers and keep those sessions healthy, synchronize conversations and media from them, deliver that to your systems through signed webhooks and a REST API, and be honest about the state of every connection.

That is a deliberately narrow scope. We are not building a CRM, a chatbot platform or a shared inbox — those markets are well served, and a product that tries to be all four is worse at each of them.

Where we are

WhatSyncs is early. We are launching with a Free plan that includes three WhatsApp connections and full API access, because the fastest way to evaluate infrastructure is to connect a real number and watch a real message arrive on your own endpoint.

You will not find customer counts, uptime percentages or testimonials on this site yet, for the straightforward reason that we have not earned them. When there are numbers worth publishing, we will publish the real ones.
