Connection monitoring
WhatSyncs continuously monitors every connected WhatsApp session so your team can identify disconnected or unhealthy connections before conversations are missed. A WhatsApp integration that fails silently is worse than no integration, because everyone keeps believing it works.
Health score
3 of 4 connections are syncing normally. One session needs to be re-linked.

Status vocabulary
The same four words appear in the dashboard, the API and the webhook payloads. No ambiguity about what a status means.
The session is linked and events are flowing. This is the state you want every number to sit in.
The session is catching up after linking or reconnecting. Data is arriving, just not current yet.
The link dropped and is being restored automatically. Brief reconnects are normal; persistent ones are not.
The session is no longer linked. Nothing will sync from this number until somebody re-links it.
Integration
Connection state changes are delivered as webhook events, which means a dropped WhatsApp session can raise an alert in the same place as a failing database or an expired certificate. You do not need anyone to watch a dashboard.
Subscribe to connection events and treat them as you would any other integration alarm, or poll the connections endpoint from your existing monitoring.
WhatSyncs also shows the state of every number in one place with a health score, which is usually enough for the operations team without any integration work.
Ordinary reasons: someone removes the linked device, the phone stays offline for a long period, or the account signs out. Occasionally the link is dropped by WhatsApp itself.
Reconnection is attempted automatically. When it cannot succeed, the connection is marked disconnected and someone needs to re-link the number.
It is the proportion of connected numbers currently in a healthy state — four healthy out of five connections is 80%. It is a fast summary for an operations dashboard, not a service-level guarantee.
No. Sessions are isolated, so a branch losing its link does not interrupt sales or support traffic on other numbers.
FAQ
Yes. Every connected session is monitored continuously and surfaced with a status such as healthy, syncing, reconnecting or disconnected. Connection events can also be delivered to your webhook endpoint so your own alerting can react.
Yes. Each business number is a separate connection with its own session, health status and event stream, and all of them are managed from one place. Teams commonly run separate numbers for sales, support, leasing, branches or regions.
Yes. Incoming and outgoing messages, message status updates and connection events are delivered to your endpoint as they happen. Payloads can be signed so your systems can verify that an event originated from WhatSyncs, and failed deliveries are retried.
