The Free plan gives you up to 3 WhatsApp connections and 1,000 active chats per month, with API access, webhooks, media sync, history sync and connection monitoring included. No credit card is required to start.
An active chat is a conversation with a single contact that had at least one synchronized message during the billing month. Ten messages back and forth with the same customer in a month counts once, not ten times.
Professional is $10 per WhatsApp connection per month with unlimited active chats. Five connected numbers cost $50 per month — you are billed for the numbers you connect, not for the people who use them.
